Glacier - Backpacking Aug. 1974

Glacier is a hiker's dream.  This was our last backpacking trip.  If you look at the second picture you can spot one of the reasons why...see it?

    Is that Macy with NO backpack?

    Doug mentions it seems that Macy is not carrying a pack. My memories are of carrying a very heavy pack. Maybe I did a Katz and tossed it over the side of the mountain?
